What age groups does Nostra Domina Soccer Club serve?

We welcome players aged 8 to 12 years old in our youth soccer travel program.

Is Nostra Domina a competitive club?

Yes. Our offerings include travel soccer teams, scholarships, and summer select opportunities. While competing in competitive New Jersey travel leagues.

What makes your training different from other clubs?

We use a game-representative training model rooted in ecological dynamics. That means our players learn by playing the game in realistic environments. No isolated drills, no lines, no robotic instructions. Our sessions are immersive, intelligent, and joyful.

How much does it cost to join the club?

Our base program fee is monthly + a one time registration fee, which includes 2-3 training sessions per week and weekend league games. This covers most operational costs (fields, coaches, insurance, etc.).

Do you offer scholarships?

Yes. Nostra Domina SC is a nonprofit organization and offers partial and full scholarships for players who need financial support. Visit our Scholarship Page to learn more and apply.

Are uniforms included in the program fee?

Uniforms are purchased separately. We work with affordable providers and also have donation-based gear support for scholarship players.

Do players have to be highly skilled to join?

No. We’re looking for players who are committed, and coachable. Some of our most successful players started as complete beginners.

What does a typical training session look like?

Each session is built around game scenarios, problem-solving, and decision-making. Players are constantly engaged through constraint-led environments—meaning they learn by adapting, not repeating.

Will my child still learn technical skills?

Absolutely—but always within context. Instead of isolating skills (e.g., passing cones), we teach passing, dribbling, and movement inside game-like situations, where perception and decision-making matter.

What league do your teams play in?

Our teams compete in New Jersey Soccer Leagues, based on age and competitive level.

Do you offer futsal or winter training?

Yes, we offer seasonal futsal and indoor training, as well as optional summer select programs.
